Children’s film festival draws to a close

Curtains will come down on the 16th International Children’s Film Festival (ICFF) at a glittering ceremony at Lalitakala Thoranam here on November 19. The Golden Elephant and Silver Elephant for the best children’s films in the international and Asian panorama sections of the festival will be presented at the function.
The award-winning film, recipient of Golden Elephant will be screened at the function, a press release stated here. The valedictory function will be presided over by Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Choudhary Mohan Jatua while Chief Minister K. Rosaiah will be the chief guest. Bollywood actress will also attend the ceremony as a special invitee while Telugu film industry will be represented by actors Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Akkineni Nagarjuna and actor Trisha. Cultural events like classical and western dances will mark the grand finale.
