A minimalist steel and glass décor emphasised with bold tones of purple, yellow and orange mark this new Euro-Asian bistro. Step a little closer towards the atrium and an imposing skylight greets the connoisseur in you apart from the sinfully attractive chocolate and cake line up at the pastry shop in one corner. "Melange is an all day restaurant for sampling food from all over the world. We have cuisine from Far East, Indonesia, Mexico, Europe and America. We will be introducing the wine list of international selection shortly apart from food promotions here," says Ravinder Singh, food and beverage manager, Hotel Golconda.
Nasi goring - the Indonesian shrimp and chicken speciality, Thai Tod mum pla or fish patties and Hakka noodles in seafood, chicken and vegetable options, not forgetting the delectable Satay, are sure appetising. Pan pizzas, Arabic mezze platter with hummus, falafel and pita bread or a Kathi wrap is for those famished moments, and the Hyderabadi biryani for the local effect. Another USP of the bistro is the single diner concept promoted here for men on the move looking for a place to grab a meal.
