BJP’s meet on Telangana in Hyderabad

The first meeting of a BJP committee, constituted recently to launch an agitation in support of separate Telangana state, will be held here today.
Announcing this at a press conference here, CH Vidyasagar Rao, the committee president and former Union Minister, said the party would intensify its agitation demanding early solution to the issue.
Ridiculing the reported comment of TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu that his party would take a decision on Telangana state at an "appropriate time", the BJP leader said the TDP should first make known its stand on the issue and it should tell when the appropriate time will come.
